1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Chicago, Illinois.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase or before shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at ed.gs.family@gmail.com.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only for relevant reasons.
If your order arrives defective due to our mistake, we will issue a refund or replacement.
7. What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Please file a claim directly with the carrier. If you need help, contact us at ed.gs.family@gmail.com.
